Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for website development, design, and related services:

• UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
• Bank transfer.
• Digital wallets where supported.
• Payment Gateway options (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

Payment options may vary depending on your location and the service you choose.

2. No Billing and Invoicing

Once a project or service is confirmed, you will receive an order summary with the final price and timeline.

• All prices will be clearly disclosed before the project begins.
• An email or WhatsApp will be sent after each payment.
• We cannot provide you with a GST number or billing facility.

3. No Advance Payments

We do not take any advance payments to begin work on your website project:

• We take 100% payment in one go.

The project will start only after confirmation.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not possible.

• No refunds will be available if you change your mind after the deal is closed.
• Advance payments are non-refundable as they involve initial planning and design work.
• If the client cancels the project midway, no refund will be given.

All questions must be submitted in writing.

5. Late or Failed Payments

Only payment can ensure that your project stays on schedule. These rules apply:

• Late payments may delay the project. Final deliverables and source code are only released after full payment.
• Repeated delays in payment may result in project closure.

6. Project Delivery & Handover

The final website and files will be handed over only after receiving full payment.

• Hosting, domain, and other third-party charges are not applicable to us.
• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

7. Third-Party Fees

Some services require additional third-party payments (domain, hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, etc.). These charges are not included.

• All third-party service renewals are the client's responsibility.

8. Changes to This Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time based on our business needs or legal requirements.

The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.
